I am an Assistant Professor in the Software Engineering group at the University of Groningen. My research focuses on software evolution, developer and team productivity, and diversity and inclusion, presenting insights and solutions for researchers, developers, project managers, and policy makers. Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Delft University of Technology and the University of California, Irvine. I completed my Ph.D. from IIIT-Delhi, India.
